Having a strong family history of anxiety & depression, I began struggling with my mood and negative mind states when I was 14 years old.

My teens and 20's included years of low self-esteem, lack of self-love and negative thinking.

Being sensitive and a deep "feeler", I've always felt emotions very strongly. They'd take over and cause strong reactions and mood swings. I'd plummet into a state of overthinking, ruminating, anxiety and sadness and I'd struggle to get things done.

To help ease my emotions, I used food, alcohol and relationships to provide a sense of comfort...

But the comfort never lasted long as they weren't addressing the true healing my heart and soul deeply needed.

The sadness, strong moods, anxiety & worry, made life very stressful and unenjoyable.

At 22, I remember thinking, how challenging and unfulfilling life would be if my mind continued to operate the way it was...

I wanted to enjoy life more and feel more calm, love and balance within.

I decided I needed to take more self-responsibility for my mental and emotional well-being and the direction of my life.

THAT'S WHEN THINGS BEGAN TO CHANGE...

Through a psychologist, I discovered meditation and dedicated myself to completing his 8-week program.

This set forth the beginning of a full life transformation!

Over the past 10 years, since finding meditation and seeing the positive effects on my mind & my emotions, I’ve explored, practiced and received training in different healing modalities and personal growth strategies such as meditation, reiki, yoga psychology, EFT tapping & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, helping to deepen my understanding of the mind, energy & Spirituality.

I created and practiced a toolbox of the most effective skills & practices that slowly helped me heal from the inside out and re-programmed my mind to think in new ways.

In 2018, I discovered and added in law-of-attraction/manifestation & co-creation practices.

The shifts that occurred in my life became even greater...

With the addition of law-of-attraction practices...not only was I seeing improvements in my mental & emotional health, I also began seeing bigger shifts in my personal, professional & financial life as well.

And this is how the program was born...

I began receiving nudges to teach other women these invaluable skills & practices.

As I saw how the practices significantly improved their moods, their confidence, their levels of self-love and even other aspects of their lives such as relationships & career, I knew I needed to create an easy-to-follow format that more women could access - hence the creation of this program!

With following these nudges, sticking to my practices and creating things from the heart, I've been able to leave my full-time nursing job to shift into being a full-time Women's Coach - allowing me to follow a life path that is WAY more aligned with my heart & soul and brings more fulfillment, meaning & abundance to my life.
